Board-certified family medicine physician Francis Kane, MD, was born and raised in Sebring, Florida, where he established his Precision First Healthcare practice.

Dr. Kane's educational journey began at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he earned his Bachelor of Science. He then completed the Clinical Clerkship Graduate Certificate Program at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami.

He graduated magna cum laude with his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the American College of Antigua College of Medicine in Osbourn, Antigua and Barbuda. Dr. Kane then attended the Family Medicine Residency Training Program at AdventHealth Sebring in Florida, where he became the chief resident. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).

Dr. Kane plans to establish multiple clinical practices throughout Sebring and Highlands County, bringing quality health care to the area and giving back to the community where he grew up.

With a patient-centric approach, Dr. Kane involves his patients in developing their tailored treatment plans. Known for providing a personalized experience, he ensures his patients feel seen and heard. Dr. Kane always looks forward to meeting with his patients and helping them achieve better health every day.

Yvonne Carey, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Yvonne earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, completing her Nurse Practitioner degree in Fall 2025.

With over 14 years of combined healthcare experience working in the hospital setting as a critical care nurse and medical surgical nurse, her clinical background has shaped a well-rounded, compassionate approach to patient care across the lifespan.

She is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care in family medicine, with a strong focus on preventative health, chronic disease management, and patient education. Known for her approachable demeanor and strong clinical judgment, Yvonne prioritizes building trusting relationships with her patients while delivering personalized, comprehensive care.

Yvonne values collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. She remains dedicated to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in healthcare to provide the highest standard of care to her community.

Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and 4 sons. She also enjoys relaxing at the beach and reading a good book.
